英国利物浦当地时间2017年5月9日13时，我院院长谭李红和利物浦儿童医院CEO Louise Sheperd在双方代表的见证下签署合作备忘录，双方将在医院管理、学科发展建设、各专业技术交流、人才培养、临床研究、科技创新等方面开展深入合作，这也标志着我院与利物浦儿童医院全方位合作正式启航。

 

 

        在为期两天的交流访问中，双方增进了了解，彼此留下了深刻的印象。在医院临床研究所所长Mathew教授带领下，我院代表团参观了临床实验室。Mathew教授介绍了研究所的功能、管理体系和运作模式、目前研究的重点方向和主题。谭李红院长介绍了我院儿科研究所的建设规划和重点研究方向，与Mathew所长达成了相关临床科研合作意向。

 

 

        在相关专业交流中，利物浦儿童医院心脏专家Rafael教授不仅介绍了该院心脏中心独特的、遵循哲学原理的QAQI质量控制方法，现场演示了利用3D科技创新技术开展培训和术前讨论，还带领我院代表团参观了心脏中心、手术室、PICU等部门。应谭院长邀请，他将加入我院《临床小儿外科》杂志的第四届编委会委员。Rafael教授与我院心血管内科陈智主任进行了愉快的、深入的探讨，他诚挚地邀请陈智主任能再次来到利物浦儿童医院访问交流。

 

 

        在与神经外科的交流过程中，利物浦儿童医院神经外科主任带领代表团参观了神经外科工作模式，其优化的流程，高端便利的设备，术前术后的管理让人印象深刻。我院神经外科副主任吴水华也分享了我院神经外科的发展经验，表示今后在利物浦儿童医院的指导和支持下，将积极开展癫痫外科手术等新技术。

        让代表团最“心动”的交流环节，是深入“创新中心”全面体验现代科技服务临床的技术革新。3D打印技术在骨科、神经外科、心胸外科、口腔科等领域全面应用，还有虚拟3D技术的使用、大数据平台建设、健康管理软件设计等，这也启发了我院建设医疗创新中心的思路。

 

 

        2016年，在省卫生计生委国际合作处支持下，我院与利物浦儿童医院在“中英卫生合作圆桌会议”上达成初步合作共识，此次，在委国际合作处的前期协调下，顺利促成了双方合作。据悉，我院也是利物浦儿童医院首家合作的外事单位，备受院方重视，医院CEO Louise Sheperd表示，和湖南省儿童医院的合作是利物浦儿童医院的荣幸，很期待在相关医学领域合作的取得成绩。

        英国利物浦儿童医院是英国最大的，坐落于公园的儿童医院，位于利物浦西德里，建立于1914年，2015年新医院建造在老医院的旁边，即Springfield公园，面积为6万平方米，并于2016年正式投入使用。医院拥有270张床位，其中48张属于儿童重症监护室及烧伤科。每年收治的病人数达270，000人次。医院拥有全电子自动化的手术室，最先进的抢救设备。该医院是国家颌面外科治疗中心，创伤中心和国家儿童癫痫外科治疗中心。

        Introduction of Alder Hey Children’s Hospital

        Alder Hey is one of Europe’s busiest children’s hospitals, providing care for over 270,000 children each year.  Alder Hey has a broad range of hospital and community services, including many for direct referral from Primary Care. The hospital has 270 beds, including 48 critical care beds for patients in ICU, HDU and Burns. The new integrated operating theatres are digitally enhanced, moving Alder Hey to the forefront of operating theatre technology.  The hospital will have cutting edge lifesaving equipment including an intra-operative scanner, a CARTO system, a new BrainLab navigation system and the UK’s first EOS imaging scanner.We are a designated national centre for head and face surgery and a centre of excellence for heart, cancer, spinal and brain disease.  Alder Hey is a designated Major Trauma Centre, and is one of four national Children’s Epilepsy Surgical Centre.

        Alder Hey is a leading paediatric research centre. We lead research into children’s medicines, infection, inflammation and oncology. This is made possible by a comprehensive range of paediatric specialist and general clinical services, its expert healthcare professional workforce and its extensive access to a supra-regional population of children and young people. At any time there are over 100 clinical research studies taking place, ranging from observational studies to complex, interventional clinical trials.
